I posted a tutorial a little while ago and took it down the very same night because I got paranoid. I'm now offering it for a very small price, EUR 4,00 , to make sure I'm in control of things a bit more.
It's a 3-page PDF (front and 2 pages with instructions) with step-by-step instructions and information about the products you could use.
